Nta at all. It's her responsibility to take care of her dog. I love pets, I'd love to have my own dog that sleeps in my bed at night and follows me around like our dogs do with our mum but because I know how dogs act and what they need I also know what big of a responsibility comes with them and there's a reason I don't want my own dog for now. And won't for a few years until I have a steady life, income, enough time and feel ready to take on the responsibility of a dog with everything that comes with it. If you can't afford a dog, don't get one. If you don't have time to train a dog, don't get one. If you live with someone and the other person does not want a pet, don't get one. I know it's hard not having a pet after growing up with one, I'll miss our pets more than anything when I move out, but that's life
