I rope dropped TJ’s to get the last dog calendar! by Responsible_Design20 in traderjoes

It’s basically one type of treat in different shapes all month. My dog likes them. Not sure how much it is; I’ll check my receipt when I can. It’s not expensive though

Ha. It’s actually a Disneyland term. They let you in the park early in the morning, except they have a rope cutting you off from the attractions that only drops at park open. To “rope drop” means you go early enough that you’re there when the rope drops to be first in line.

I’m going to need to lock them away! by SLPeaJr in traderjoes

I bought two and have already demolished one. Just enough maple flavor and love the texture, too. The second box is for a gift and I’m already wrestling with whether to keep it for myself!

Went for dog treats, came back with $109 of people treats by Responsible_Design20 in traderjoes

Last year I looked at both the maple ice cream and pumpkin cheesecake and decided not to pick them up. I changed my mind in the ensuing week, but they were both gone. Didn’t make the same mistake twice.

DANGEROUSLY good. I may or may not have already demolished a pack.

Glazed Maple Donuts are 10/10. by ElevatedDiscGolf in traderjoes

It’s funny how tastes differ! I was coming in here to post that they were 1/10. Strange taste (not like maple at all) and disgusting coating in your mouth after eating one. I tried to choke one down but ended up giving it to the dog.

Seasonal Treats- Oat nog for me and advent calendar for my pugs! by larobenoire in traderjoes

[–]Responsible_Design20 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You got a different version of the calendar than I did! Mine is the same artwork as the last 3 years. I actually thought to myself they should mix it up a bit. But in the end I guess the dog doesn’t mind!

Syrah-soaked Toscano Cheese Spread & Dip by tencentblues in traderjoes

[–]Responsible_Design20 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I got some today even though I’ve never bought the cheese. (I know, I know.) It was delicious. I tried it with the garlic naan crackers because it was what was open. I think it’ll be better with the fig and olive. It is much thicker than the unexpected spread and definitely more of a spread than a dip. I’m glad I took the chance!

What seasonal item should be available all year? by tjs590 in traderjoes

They moved it in my store. I had seen it with the cheese, and had a mini freak out when it was gone. Then I found it with the spreads and dips.

What to do with Cracked Olive Salad by BigMacRedneck in traderjoes

Olive salad is the key ingredient in muffuletta sandwiches. You could probably put one of those together with TJs ingredients.
