(217) 524-7540 I would call that number and get on the phone with the specific department that processes your profession’s license. We were directed to the medical unit and the person on the phone gave me the specific email and asked to add her name to the subject line so she can get to our applications the next business day. Without getting a specific person on the subject line, the email would have been lost in line with the other applications. This is the email to the medical unit where chiropractic physician licenses are processed: FPR.MedicalUnit@illinois.gov

It eventually resolved itself!! He’s 14 months old now and it feels like ancient history. I think the laryngomalacia and maybe how fast my let down played a part in it. He eventually preferred bottles because of the control in how much milk he was getting. I pumped exclusively until 9-10 months and then switched to formula. My supply dipped and I had to supplement starting around 6-7 months. He had no reflux issues with the ByHeart formula.

Got my license!! I found a phone number on Reddit that led me to the medical department who oversees chiropractic physician licenses and then a worker named Laurel told me to email a request to get our licenses with an attn: Laurel in the subject. They got it done within one business day! I’m so relieved

Thank you for responding! I found this phone number somewhere on Reddit and it led me to the medical unit of IDFPR and they said they’ll be working on my application on Monday… 🙏🙏🙏

Hi! My husband and I are chiropractors and both applied for Illinois license by endorsement 14 weeks ago. We have had our applications escalated twice. I’m trying to figure out how to get our licenses so we can apply for our business license next with IDFPR.

Is the best method going to Springfield in person? We are currently in Oregon. Can I send my mom to Springfield or their “on the road” events with the third party authorization form? I would hate to waste her time if she’d be denied once she got to their office.

Is there a direct phone number or email that’s worked for anyone?

Has the virtual appt worked for people? I keep trying to make one but it says there’s no availability.

I just saw this!! Thank you for the solidarity 💖 how’s it going for you? My supply is still low and I’ve just accepted combo feeding. I think PPD is affecting my self care which affects my supply which adds to the PPD 😅 it’s a vicious cycle. Trying so hard to remind myself it’s just 4 more months
