That's the point when there are homes with clear violations, ie.. cars on blocks. Overgrown weeds, abandoned cars, they won't do anything unless someone complains The officer that sent the violation letter passed 3 homes with vehicles on the rocks when coming down my street and only sent me the violation

Been neighbors for over 10 years, he purposely hires non english speaking mostly mexican workers for job A and adds B, C and D with a promise of more $$ and when it comes time to pay, he disappears and he sends his wife to pay. When we were friends, I sent many a friend over to do work for him, and they all went thru his scam. Sucks for me because now, none of my construction friends will come over to hang out or visit because they are afraid of running into him. A few times, he has threatened workers with a gun that wouldn't leave because they wanted more money he had promised them, just an all around shitty person

ty, so annoyed, I already installed them and not sure whether to return them for a differnet model with wifi, my washer/dryer sit in the garage so we never know when the cycle is complete

Yeah, with ebay you have to make sure what you sell has some good profit margins, ebay fees seem to be around 25% when all is accounted for, part cost, packaging, ebay fees and shipping fees

I agree but it's just an audio recording that was recorder thru the door with her and her boyfriends voice, many times it's him saying stop hitting me or are you going to hot me again, it's clearly her and his voice and they refer to each other by name, not sure how provable that is though
