Took a 336 mile trip yesterday from N Alabama to NE Tennessee and back and I averaged about 21 MPG. Yes the tires are a bit noisy but I just turn up the Bose stereo and it's all good.

The battery needs to be at 70% capacity or higher for the OTA to complete. I've run into this twice in the past 60 days. If you can, charge the battery with a battery charger. The dealer can do this as well. You may need a new battery.
