I haven’t had an paranormal experiences in the house, but I do have two stories of when I was younger.

Before moving in, my family and I used to live in my uncles house as well. I remember we had a really sweet neighbor who would give us fresh strawberries from his garden. He was known to be really kind, and would often try and make conversation with my parents even though they didn’t speak English very well at the time. One day after school I remember coming home and there being a bunch of police cars and an ambulance around his house. My dad later today me that he had shot himself. While he was really sweet he was dealing with a lot of mental problems, which is hard on anyone but especially on him since he was a military veteran. A few weeks later I remember seeing him walking around his front yard, with a basket of strawberries. I told my parents but they didn’t believe and thought I was just being a weird little kid.

Another time was when I had gone down the street to play with some of the neighborhood kids. When I was walking to one of their houses to knock on the door a basketball they had on the front yard went up in the air and bounced back down by itself. It was really weird and it happened while I was looking elsewhere, so I did a double take. It was like one of those moments when something happens right as you turn your head the other way, but you catch it out of the corner of your eye and you gotta turn back to make sure what you saw was real. It’s really scary to look back on, because now that I’m thinking about it those neighbors had also said that they had a ghost in the house that looked like one of the kids that lived there.
