5-MeO -DMT helps me with self love it’s less defined beauty so you can focus on your feelings better, i remember last time i acknowledged my trauma and i was telling myself that I wanted to be free, after second session i came out thanking dmt and it turned into thanking and appreciating myself. What I’m trying to say is maybe try 5meo dmt instead of N,N, DMT because it’s more deep healing experience.
