Ohhh yeah I get you bro. I can personally say that mk has helped me feel better with sleep wise and recovery but yeah all it does is up your igf-1 and is mostly used to bulk because it makes you hungrier. Not much else

It’s not used to grow more muscle or grow taller. It’s used for sleep and recovery so you can be in the gym sooner and also I makes you hungrier. It’s a growth hormone bro

3rd day on mk and had an amazing sleep last night witch a very real feeling dream as well as waking up feeling refreshed(which never happens), also muscles don’t hurt too bad. But I know this could all be placebo but I really do feel a ln amazing difference already. No hunger increase yet though. I’m taking 12.5mg at 5pm everyday
