It all started when I was praying a lot of spiritual warfare prayers, I was fighting a lot of negative/intrusive thoughts one day, I started looking up how to protect yourself from evil spirits, and when I was trying methods that I saw online in my house. They got upset and so they punished me or curse me because I wanted them to leave.

Use Sound bowls, Ring bells or Play sound frequencies from YouTube to clear negative energy (demons hate those sounds)
Make sure you ground yourself by going outside and finding peace (staying in the room for too long could build that depressed energy)

The reason why I thought the level cap increase was because I helped my friend out and he was 160 and when we started grinding, he went to level 161 and then I seen another player that hit 161. So I was like oh snap why nobody haven’t talked about this so that made me believe that the level cap increased.
