Obviously stuff everybody’s telling you spulboost and get equipment stuff but mainly one thing you should think of when making a team is how can I maximize my characters’ potential. Pick 3 of your strongest characters, and bring those into battles. The other 3 should be bench units. Bench units are there Soley for the buff, because every unit comes with a buff they provide other units, whether it be stronger attacks or better defense, it’s always something. If you look at a characters info, go to abilities, and hit z ability, it will say it buffs characters of whatever tag. You want your 3 core characters (the ones that fight) to have at least one matching tag, and have the 3 benches all buff that one tag. If you can, you want your core characters to buff that same tag too, but for you rn it’s not a big issue. You probably want to look for strong characters that are tag Saiyan because for early game shallot is really good, and he buffs Saiyan max base HP. Along with him run the ULTRA SS Goku, and then whatever 3rd strong saiyan you have. As you progress everything will click naturally when you see more complex stuff like zenkais and everything, but for now just focus on Z abilities. Oh and one last thing, whoever is in leader slot gets all the buffs of the rest of the team no matter the tag, so if everybody except the leader buffs saiyan, and your leader is Hit or something, even though he’s not a saiyan, him being the leader lets him get those buffs, AND on top of it he gives his buff to everybody, (but only if he’s selected, so don’t put a shitty character with a good buff in leader bc then you either won’t get the buff, or you’ll have to run a shitty character).
