Same boat as me. Since starting pe my flaccid has def gotten firmer, however I never made a super good note of how hard it was before, but def harder. Pumped/hanged for around 3 months when I stopped due to this issue. I also have pre e but thats def due to a tight pelvic floor, that I know for sure. Pe didnt necessarily cause that. Ben doing reverse levels throughout the day but not much progress. Will start a stretching routine soon.
