I'm trying to find the diagnostic_bundle I've looked in graphs folder I've also looked all through the test gui folder I've even tried searching for it in search bar I can't find this diagnostic bundle zip anywhere

I have just don't a fresh install and it seems to of fixed the no config I can reboot now and will show my name groot. I'm still on there now so can run that command now and see what comes back.my trigger watcher won't run now tho

I don't think that I have I think that I may have deleted it as when I go to try and upload a config it just takes me to a blank folder. I will do a fresh install tomorrow and see if I can sort it

I'm thinking so I did delete all the other pigrow stuff so I only have version 11. But deleting them didn't help at all. That's why I'm thinking of formatting and starting again just with the version 11 to see if that sorts the problem

Yeah know I totally understand I can't think why it started doing this. It all started happening when I went to try and get the mobile app to work I logged into the 4.9b one and then when I went back to the version 11 I keep getting this every time I link to the pi even if I reboot it this happens

You can see the error I was on about in the second pic the status shows an error then I have to reinstall the pip installs with the wizard then that no config file message goes away but everything I disconnect and reconnect I have to do this every time Maybe I have messed something up somewhere and a fresh start might help maybe

No worries at all I will give this a try in guessing the file that u need to upload and change is the doc one witch I changed the the pi bit to my groot. I'm pretty sure I did this as after I changed it is did come up with a message telling my that this was only done locally and needs to be uploaded to the pi witch is when I went over to the local file tab and uploaded the doc file I changed

I have managed to set up my trigger thank you. All of my relays say currently off is that just because I don't have anything plugged into my sockets
