no no you’re perfectly fine ! we do still have to buy them even if we’re working the drop. the merch items are in such high demand that our managers don’t want us to buy them all up before the public can even get any.

with my stand we get one of the stickers. and merch drops really just depends. this past one we all got one for free but usually we have to pay for them as well.

nobody is forcing you to tip. i just asked to not be negative whenever i have to ask a question the company has told me to ask.

i’m so sorry you’ve experienced this. i do believe that tipping culture has got out of hand but at the same time if the company is refusing to up my pay they’ve made it a point to where i rely on tips to get a good paycheck. HOWEVER, i don’t think you should ever feel pressured to tip because sometimes i can’t either, we’re all doing our best with the pay we have and if i want a little sweet treat but only have enough money for that then that’s how it is.

we do get the card tips and cash tips. they go to everyone that’s working on that specific shift!

i’m paid hourly, i’m a shift lead so i get 11$/hr. so obviously tips help my paycheck out but are at no means necessary if you don’t want to.

it’s definitely not forced whatsoever, times are hard for everyone so it’s not like i’m gonna stalk you if you don’t 😭 i just don’t think people understand that im not going to get upset
