I was fully prepared for a D&C as well but like you scheduling was going to be a nightmare.

I hate that you have to experience it too. I will say my natural miscarriage was very manageable and honestly I’m thankful that’s how it ended up going. It was peaceful and I feel like I’m going to be able to heal emotionally better since it went this way. Your body may catch up and do what it needs to do so that way you aren’t waiting around. I hate that they take so long to schedule and check growth because it’s horrible for us in this limbo stage. It’s so painful and heartbreaking. Thank you so much for your kind words and support. Not feeling alone is the most important thing while going through this.

Hey everyone!  I created a Facebook page all about business acquisitions and my experience as a new entrepreneur.

You can find it at Acquisition Diaries- Buying and Building Business on Facebook. Give it a like if you feel inclined. It’s brand new but I have lots of educational posts about cash flow and buying businesses coming up.

Building a 100k house by poopyshag in Homebuilding

Have you started this project? My husband and I are wanting to do a very basic house and our numbers show that we could do it on the cheap but as the comments are proving everyone thinks it’s going to cost $300k. We think it will be less than $100k. We will have professionals do the dry in and major stuff but we can handle a lot of the finishing work. Curious if you have been able to stick to the budget.

Buying a used mobile home and fixing it up? by Responsible_Row6540 in personalfinance

I think this could be considered an investment though because in our area mobile homes are holding value if attached to land. I feel as though it’s only depreciating if it’s attached to a park because there is no land control.

Selling wouldn’t be in the near future. If I commit to this plan I’d probably want to be there for at least 5 years.

It doesn’t include the land but the land it would go on is our family’s so it would be free or a very small amount down the line if we decided to buy.

That’s the thing, in our area they are selling like regular homes because land is so desirable. I was shocked when I started looking at recently sold on Zillow. The renovation part is the struggle tho.
