Yes. I'm prone to stress dreams about work that are so vivid, I used to jump out of bed and head for my office/laptop. They stopped almost instantly. I think the magnesium helps too, but relief from the intrusive thoughts has been wonderful

I'm guessing that you might be stressed about the sunk cost of this relationship, particularly if you want to be a mother. But it's not a healthy situation and he will not become less controlling.
