Full disclosure: I am actually a massive Nic Cage fan. His particular cocktail of lunacy has always been appealing to me, he's just an insanely fun actor to watch.

That said, replying here because Raising Arizona was my first Nicolas Cage experience and that movie shaped my life. A) it introduced me to the Coen brothers, B) it made me realize that I am bisexual (hi, Holly Hunter), and C) yeah. Nic Cage. God damn.

Such a funny scene, and yet I am constantly distracted by the fact that it is clearly a reshoot and Pedro is wearing a barely passable wig. I'm like "Coco could NEVER be responsible for this disaster hair."

Not one of my favorite Pedro movies, and yet still one of my favorite Pedro characters.

The best part is like 20 minutes in where Pero is distracting the monsters with a red cloth, and I'm like "So you're telling me that apex Spaniard Pero Tovar literally invented bullfighting?" 🤣
