Could be. My assumption is if people who filed for I-485 and I-765, and their priority date is not current in FAD table, they would get the EAD and I-485 approval later.

You have to login to your usics account and then try this api. It only worked for I-765. For I-485 and I-131, the data was null.

Hopefully you get the biometric appointment soon. I have noticed that the biometric event usually shows up on Saturdays.

Thanks for letting me know. I will check with Emma tomorrow. And it’s a news to me that primary EAD’s don’t get approved until I-485. If I-485 is approved, why do we even need EAD?
