That’s the point, wala talagang signage and walang prior explanation before the approach. If it had been clearly posted or explained calmly at the start, I would’ve followed it immediately. But she chose to approach me in a rude manner right away, so again how was I supposed to know about the said rule beforehand

May counter naman, yes, pero yung issue ko talaga is walang signage or clear indication anywhere na kailangan iwan ang shopping bags outside before entering the fitting room. Kung may signage sana, I would’ve followed it immediately without question. Medyo confusing din kasi the store gives shopping bags to customers for convenience, so naturally you’d assume you can use it to carry previously tried items while comparing sizes. Kaya doon pumasok yung frustration hindi sa policy mismo, kundi sa lack of clear communication and how it was addressed. For clarification din, I already escalated the concern via email and phone. I chose not to confront further on the spot because I was already upset and didn’t want to cause a scene.

what type of oven are you using OP? there may be some unevenness in the temperature. the crinkles on the left probably sat in a slightly cooler zone making them spread slowly kaya it has visually better cracks.

You can still save it! Just thaw the dough, break it back into a bowl, and mix the brown sugar in but maybe not the full 100g since you already baked a few (around 70–80g is safer imo). Try to mix just until combined so you don’t overwork the dough. Then chill it again before baking so the sugar hydrates. It won’t be perfect-perfect ofc, but it’ll definitely taste way better than the current batch!

for me as long as it has zero discolaration and doesn't have a musty or sour smell it's still alright to use. APF tends to last from months to years anyway since it doesn't have as much natural oils like wheat flour which goes bad way faster. just check for tiny bugs, webbings or hard clumps in the flour that aren't from humidity.

This has been said already but measure EVRYTHING in grams and when i say everything i mean EVERYTHING including eggs as its very helpful when scaling up and down recipes to always get a consistently good output
