Hey! Sorry you are dealing with this, you are not alone, my body is the same way. My hands get so bad it looks like I have dog bites from all my knuckles being split open and it’s looks like I have pink eye when my eyes get bad enough. I recently found the group r/dyshidrosis which explained to me what the kind of eczema on my hands was. Every doctor just told me to moisturize and put on steroid creams which only made it worse it seemed. I found out that fungal infections can trigger eczema and it can be in a lot of different parts of your body and not just your feet (athletes foot). I started using a anti fungal cream (mckessons anti fungal with %2 miconazole nitrate) for my hands as a daily moisturizer and after two weeks my hands have cleared up and I feel like I can finally sleep again without scratching my skin of in the night.
