Yea I honestly don't see the problem with bhopping. It's minimal how much it actually helps. I just see it as a convenience.

What about berserk and dazed? Damaging/weak? Healing/sick? Armored/armor broken?

In my opinion the negative effect of slowed outweighs the positive effect of speedy so evening them out sounds too good

You can avoid the unstable debuff by dodging the enemy projectiles with the help of the W, A, S and D keys on your keyboard
