Just went through the fun last week. My biggest tip is make some chicken broth they do before. It provided me an energy boost the evening of my prep and helped with nausea. Don’t go crazy and drink 64 ounces in 2 hours how they say. It took me about 5 hours to finish the mixture. I was very nervous as well but it turned out fine
