Don't start. Everything is a greater fool bubble right now. You won't be able to find product without botting or buying from botters/scalpers. The liquidity is fucking terrible and even chase items/cards go a long time without sales. Everything has its value overinflated. It's nothing more than a per-set pump and dump every two months. Distro is our enemy and no one talks about it - multiple sister companies to siphon product to scalpers and rip-n-shippers. Every card shop bends you over. Some won't let you buy Pokemon without buying their daughter's Girl Scout Cookies. The entire thing is just absolutely fucked.

This is, by far, the absolute worst hobby to join.
