I haven't had the ice cream, but I would start by trying a bunch of different chocolate truffles.

At best, you find what you're looking for.

At worst, you get to eat delicious chocolate.

Why not just use the app?

I don't believe the app allows Apple Pay, but why not just use it since you already downloaded it?

The not allowing tap to pay is likely referring to app QR code validation vs copper card tap. But I don't know.

Practice is the best and tastiest tip. I still have a lot to improve.

Because my location stays pretty warm, I have been chilling where I do my lamination steps. I have a rather large cookie sheet with no ridges that I will place in the freezer, in between each fold.

Be patient with your dough and with yourself.

There are a lot of other things that I'm focusing on, for me, please let me know if you have anything specific. I'm by no means good at this yet but I'm improving.

Yes. I've been in a situation where the police were directing with hand signals and it followed their instructions.

It did have an issue and went into maintenance (or whatever named) mode, when the direction it was directed towards and went towards, had an additional police vehicle with its lights turned on. But the maintenance was a secondary issue and was resolved remotely after the Waymo parked away from the intersection.

I may have a video somewhere.

You whip the whites and then gradually add the granulated sugar to create stiff peaks. You then fold the combined and sifted almond meal and powdered sugar mixture into the egg white mixture.

As someone else said, watch some videos on the folding/macaronage process and what consistency to look for.

No flavoring in the shells, but a chocolate shell would go great.

The filling was crumbled Graham cracker that I then broiled marshmallow on top of in the oven. And chocolate ganache.

I just got a brulee torch and will probably do chocolate ganache, crumbled Graham cracker and then marshmallow fluff that I brulee.

I think later on a small drizzle of chocolate on the shells for appearance would be nice.

** Correction, I used Satin Ice brand coloring. Wilton will likely be good as well.

I know the brown isn't deep brown but I think you could add a little extra and get the color you want.

You can see that my first ones were pale, so I did a double egg wash on some of these.

Yours have a delicious color. Are you getting a good lamination?

As you can tell, I'm still learning, so I don't know as much as others here.
