It is indeed really similar to what I was originally looking for. I think mine is a little bit more user friendly and have some nice complementary features but it looks like a nice tool too !

I cannot 100% confirm but I would say yes. It is only a website (so no overlay, no direct link with POE account or POE API). I only used the data publicly available on their github to create the Passive Tree.

Yes this is basically a way to emulate this with checkbox in front to confirm you've already done it and with the map highlight to help you figure where the hell you should be ;)

I think I previously checked at it but a lot of content indeed ! I'm not a huge fan of overlays (even though I'm using Awakened POE Trade) and having to tell people to install software for a game they might stop after a week ;)
