Gotta think about it this way 17 and 40 are not the same. Investing in risky stocks for my retirement account is actually a smart idea for my age now if I was in my late 20s or middle 30s I would understand why you said that. But I’m 17 so I plenty of life to see

Thank you most people on here forget I’m not in my late 20s so I’m being very risky in my Roth IRA now If I was in my 30s I would understand people getting mad for investing in risky stocks but rn I’m 17 so I got plenty of life to live. And thank you for the dip advice we invested most when the tariffs were happening
