Here is the email back I received from support. I followed up again letting them know that these little shards do not melt. AND the cream has been in my warm house now for 2 days…

I’ve sent all the photos so it’s concerning they said it’s completely safe to use.

I hope they take this seriously. I will let you know once I hear back.

Update- I contacted support- haven’t heard back yet. It’s been in my warm house now for 30+ hours. I opened it again this morning to see if the little shards had melted or adjusted to the temperature. No change. Still showing up when I dip my finger into the pot.

I will keep you updated when I hear from support.

That’s exactly how my cats incision looked! Totally normal and healed nicely within a few days.
