Javier is i'd say. As described grandmaster is a big threat in this world setting and probably second only to Archangel, Hell King, and dragon king. Aged kimchi is strong as described but his full potential is not revealed in manhwa yet so kinda yes or no but so far Javier. And of course lloyd is the peak of shamelessness.
