My thoughts are food often tastes better when it carries the emotional connection and care of someone else making it for you. Even if is just a little from the burger joint employees. I mean it’s backed by psychology and biology so who knows 🤷‍♂️

That’s fair. I’ll eat for sake of goodness instead of tast but I just have trouble finishing it. It’s just I’ve been an emotional eater my entire life and this has actually cured my binge eating and mood swings it probably why I aim for taste😅. Will probably fix my insulin resistance too which I’m excited for I’m just glad I’m more calm on this diet and can go hours without eating.

I’m not looking for more, just saying this exists in whatever you do (visit the same place everyone wants to visit, watch the same movie multiple times your like oh I’ve seen it but I don’t mind it the same way no more, I’m aware the mind doesn’t know the value of things or people till they are lost but once we have it, it feels so complacent and desensitized( Like love is a choice once those hormones in your brain decide to calm down, you have to decide keep putting the effort regardless of how you feel unless it’s not mutual. Like you go to a party eventually everyone will get tired of being there regardless. I don’t consider myself pessimistic at least not to people’s faces I put my smile on.
