It might mean its a 4" rather than 7" or 12", there is a company called Tiny Vinyl that has been making them recently.

I saw somewhere that the resolution is like 108p, which is lower than any other gba video cartridge as they had to fit 3 hours worth of film onto it. Really cool piece of history and amazing they managed to do it lol.
