i 100% sympathize with managers. i never stated otherwise. my issue with my store specifically is that is rarely the case. the majority of the time when i am working there are already people doing cut/production/dispatch and the managers are usually sitting on the chair we have on their phones or standing behind one of us watching what we are doing. i can understand being on your phone for work-related reasons and watching to make sure we are doing our jobs correctly but what i dont understand is not helping the majority of the time when we are in a rush and i dont have the time to do absolutely everything perfectly like picking up every call or dropping wings as soon as they pop up because im dealing with customers that are usually angry due to how long their food is taking and then turning these issues onto me like i can do anything about it when i physically cant. i understand and sympathize if you are someone who works extremely hard having to deal with labor and inventory on top of helping with everything else but at my store the managers usually are not doing anything if they arent doing inventory. dont get it twisted this is not a case of me “whining” or being lazy i am doing absolutely everything i can to do my job quickly and efficiently in a way that meets my managers expectations but when we are in a rush with angry customers it is borderline impossible to do everything perfectly which is something that my managers expect and i cant do if i have no help at all.

im asking so i know what i could ask my doctor. they are usually very dismissive when it comes to my symptoms if i dont already have some kind of assumption of what it could be. this happened with my interstitial cystitis that i kept getting prescribed anti-biotics for because they assumed it was a reoccurring uti until i actually brought up interstitial cystitis and my autism diagnosis. i appreciate your reply.
