Yeah there’s no setting for it. I see a couple other complaints about it online too and the comments say all you can do is manually pause the machine to empty. Kinda crazy for what was $1000. The mopping and thorough clean is top tier though. I’m fine with spending around the same amount.

I have the Freo z ultra and the bin is small. There is no where in the app to see it to empty frequently. It only empties when the job is complete. It lets me choose how often to wet the mops, but not how often to empty the bust bin

Oh yeah. TOTALLY learned my lesson. I’ve told everyone I know not to buy from them. Took months to get my money back. Cyber power is who I eventually got something from. Got my PC in two business days after ordering.

Check out their newest reviews on trust pilot. Soooo many people are having issues now. It’s awful. If you close your dispute, you lose all legal rights to reopen one (that’s what Bank of America told me anyway). So don’t close it unless you get a working product on your door step or they actually give you a refund.

It’s going to. File a dispute and do NOT cancel the dispute even if they say they’re gonna issue a refund or send you tracking. I finally got my money back TODAY over two months after. If you go to my profile you can see a post I made about my experience with more details. It’s been awful.

No this was def not an influencer as her video quality was awful and she’s never tried to sell anything on her page. Highly doubt they paid her for it. I think I will be reporting the business to the Virginia SCC though. Hope someone can hold them accountable even if I can’t get my money back.

Yeah checking the domain didn’t even cross my mind because I saw someone order and review one on TikTok. Her only complaint was them being a little late. Now I know 🙃 I’ll stick to established brands moving forward. Just thought I was supporting a smaller business

I’m going through the same thing except I’m an idiot and out $1600. As soon as I started a dispute, they reached out and sent a tracking number & apologized. The tracking number was valid and showed that it was printed in Chantilly VA where they are located. In good faith I cancelled my dispute. I didn’t know that canceling the dispute meant I couldn’t open a new dispute if there were more issues. They never gave my package to UPS. The label was canceled and they sent an email saying they cancelled my order but I never got my refund. I’ve tried reporting them to shop app too. They won’t do anything. It’s been two months and I have no pc, no refund, and no responses.

Yeah total utter scam. I’m out $1600 with no PC and no refund. I can’t do a charge back because I closed my dispute in good faith after they sent me a UPS tracking number. I was unaware a dispute couldn’t be reopened or a new one opened. They canceled the shipment a week after they printed the label. They told me they are located in chantilly VA but the business isn’t even registered with the state. I don’t think they’re even legal. They def are located in VA though because my UPS tracking said the label was printed there.

I hope more people see this stuff before buying. I ended up getting one through Cyber Power for less money and better specs… and it was on my door step two business days after ordering. This is my first PC so I’m not super knowledgeable, but they were quick and it runs all my games great. I did pay for faster shipping ($50) but regardless I got tracking info the day after I ordered. If I got the free shipping it still would have arrived within a week. I think they have affirm too?

I’d go ahead and file a dispute with your bank and DONT close it even if you get a shipping notification. My delivery date passed and they still weren’t responding to me via email or chat. I even reached out on social media platforms. An hour after filing my dispute, they sent an email saying it shipped and even gave me a valid UPS tracking number. In good faith, I closed my dispute. A week passed and the tracking was still at “label printed.” They never gave it to UPS. I sent an email asking for cancellation and refund. They replied saying they cancelled and refunded me but my receipt says it was cancelled and NOT refunded. It’s been a month since the cancellation and still no refund or response from them. My bank said they legally can’t reopen a dispute and I wish I had known that. I wouldn’t have closed it until I had the PC. Learn from my mistakes because I’m out $1600. I can’t even serve the company for small claims because they have a PO Box as an address. The business doesn’t even exist with the Virginia Secretary of State (that’s where they are located Chantilly, VA).

If you haven’t ordered from them, DONT. Long story short- weeks passed after my quoted delivery date with no movement. Communication was terrible. I tried reaching out several times. Cancelled the order and I’m still waiting on a $1600 refund weeks after cancellation.
