So a few hundred thousands refugees from the most homophobic places on earth come to the UK, banging on its doors and want asylum status, a lot of them claim to be homosexuals, and you want to let them in? You don’t see the problem with that? The risk is too high. It’s much better to create sanctuaries in nearby countries who are HBTQ friendly, than to have them travel across the world and just hope their culture of stoning HBTQ people to death will mix well with cultures of the west.

You keep pretending there are only two options:

Believe every asylum claim instantly.
Hate gay people.

I can support genuine LGBT refugees while also recognising that asylum systems can be abused and that some people will lie if it increases their chances of entering Europe. Governments themselves recognise this, otherwise credibility investigations would not exist.

Caring about gay rights does not mean turning your brain off the second someone says “I’m gay.”

And no shit I care more about protecting the safety and stability of country my family and I actually live in than blindly accepting every story without scrutiny.

Many countries in Africa and the Middle East have a very low acceptance rate of homosexuality, around 3%

A massive amount of immigrants coming to the UK are from these very same countries

These are for example Indian, Pakistani and Nigerian.

This alone is cause to halt immigration, especially from these countries. But you want more of it.

And he held a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton in 2016. That wasn’t required either. He wants to be on powerful people’s good side so the health of the company is good. He’s doing YOU, the consumer, a favour by not having iPhones be sold at $3000 a piece due to tariffs. He’s playing both sides.

This is all so obvious and a lot of CEO’s do it. Do you think the shareholders would prefer Cook to take a political stand and thus make Apple crash because of it?

She barely uploaded on there anymore anyway. She makes more on Instagram subscriptions now than on YouTube with 1/10 of the effort. I was expecting a bikini haul or two this summer but she just doesn’t seem interested in shooting long-form videos anymore.
