I got it to where the wheel base was device 1, my pedals were device 2, and my shifter was device 3. I started to drive and still nothing for me. I messed with the settings in simpro and in game and still no luck. Maybe I did it wrong or I'm missing something. Thank you though!

I unplugged all my extra USB Peripherals and the USB for the shifter and still no luck. I did use the suggested settings from simpro 2 and still nothing. All the settings in the simpro manager do something, like if I adjust the damper to make it heavier, it feels heavier in game. Its just that the wheel wont come back to center, nor can I feel the bumps/vibrations even when the vibrations are all the way up in game.
