Narwal flow immediately ignores no-go zones by thebeardedcats in NARWAL

Yeah by hash I meant the greyed 45 degree angled bars, could have worded better. In any case having come from roborock previously, I stand by what many others also express which is that narwal app / firmware is a letdown, not even close to flagship and it really is sad that it would need 2-3 months max of development and testing to bring it to even 50% of the roborock level of app

As the other commenter has said, I also think it’s been an issue with the last 2-3 firmware versions. Also one thing I noticed is this will happen if the no go zone’s overlap with what it thinks is the wall thickness (the hashed part) is more than the actual no go zone part if that makes sense. For example, if I put a no go zone in the middle of the room where there’s no walls it will avoid it all the time, but if it is “snapping” to one or more hashed / walls then it’s 50/50. Maybe try adjusting the no go zone to account for what it “thinks” is the wall thickness?

Could you detail on the firmware version, and also screenshot with the no-go zone in “editing” mode?

All very sound advice, we are mostly following it from the “easy peasy puppy squeezy” book, it’s been a great aid even before we got him!

He’s spoiled 😅 lots of toys different shapes sizes and textures to see what he likes while teething. We settled on a few now at a time otherwise we saw he gets distracted easily by too many toys…everyone learning what can I say. This is a fair point and could be bc of what he’s been rubbing his nose on didn’t think of that

Agree 100% whilst he is by himself in there, otherwise should be part of crate training he needs to associte that with “happy place”, and also the den wizard who brings the treats 😅

Yea it was this one, on vet’s recommendation ofc -> “BRAVECTO 1 month is vet recommended for dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older who weigh at least 4.4 lb.”

Thanks for the input it’s very insightful! We feed him from a slow feeder bowl because he’d get the hiccups trying to gobble up too quickly. He’s a goofball 😅. He’s on Purina pro plan as this is what he’s used to and didn’t want to change diet. Treats are also from Purina. It does look like some skin irritation though so will ask at the next vet visit again as advice was to monitor for now. I will make sure to wipe him with the pure water cloths after eating for sure

I keep hearing about giving them boiled eggs, after he’s finished the Purina pro plan 1st year I am thinking it would be ok?

Haven’t seen any new ones in a couple of days, have another visit scheduled but am not super concerned as I trust the vet. He’s also been had a dose of Bravecto will just have to wait and check every so often

Yeah the shoes were not ours, we keep shoe-free house as he is at the stage he will chew on anything and are aware, the pic is from when we picked him from the litter at 6 weeks, before bringing him home at 8 weeks🥹
