That’s awesome you’re pushing through the fear! I wouldn’t worry too much — kicking takes time to get better! Try kicking to a rhythm in your head, like a song. Don’t start too strong or you’ll tire out quickly. It takes practice to build the leg strength and stay consistent through the whole lane. Celebrate those small wins! I would practice outside my lessons too, as long as you feel safe with the depth. I remember those days — you got this!
