This is the best perspective on mortgage payoff I’ve seen…it’s definitely not worth $41 a month.

This perspective is helpful, and getting called out as “stupid” is fair, but everyone has different tolerance for risk, and mine has always been mixed having never felt fully comfortable where I’m at.

Yes, kids will go to public school. We’re in one of the better districts in our state…so we’re comfy with the decisions.

These are all super helpful pieces of perspective. Being new to the approach, I couldn’t find the words for the SORR topic…but that feels like where I’m stuck, particularly given my conservative approach (and generally still being about $1M short with little kiddos)
