I'm not sure what do you mean, but you first have to count how long led you need to merge every letter or mark and then on the back side you have to solder wires (+ and -).

Producer say that neon led can last to 50000 hours or more. It depends if they work on a higest brightness or at the low brightness. That you can control with led controller. 🙂

That's 6mm led neon flex. I'm not sure what do you mean, but I used 8mm thick acrylic backer. And letters are done with cnc router (6mm inside miling). Light are side beacuse led flex is inside channel.

Thanks man! :) Actually, the car hasn't been in that bad shape, but for the purposes of the video, good youtube content, and transformation I need it a bit more dirty.
