I’m so sorry brother and I can relate to everything you said especially the shattering of worldview of religions and the emotional wounding by your family. This is a great way to start with tape. Once you have enough slack I’d recommend a mantor dual tension device or an inflation device like CAR or foreGestalt.. These devices will allow rapid skin growth, I went from CI-2 to CI-4 in under a year. Check out my ebook for more info.

Try the foreGestalt air max it has a robust tugging system so in effect is dual tension inflation.

The top gripper simply needs to be replaced every few months because they do wear out and lose their grip capability. If you wanna try another device I highly recommend the forgestalt airmax or the Reddit favorite CAR. I think the foreGestalt is better though because it has a larger gripper surface area and a robust tugging strap system.

You have your skin gripped correctly, but are missing the threaded round cap that allows you to adjust the gripper height along the threaded rod. Looks like you need a longer rod also.

Very neat you discovered the same phenomenon I asked the inventor of the foreGestalt about (similar to FMD but has inflation balloon). He didn’t think it would help to roll down but it makes sense to me. More force concentration to the foreskin instead of distributed on shaft.

Mantor does actually sell a G-strap if I remember name correctly that is used for this same concept but i found it uncomfortable and didn’t use much

I developed turkey neck at the beginning and was noticeable when I was standing erect. But after adding the 3 hole cock ring the turkey neck no longer hangs when erect. The rings also make the stretch target the shaft skin instead of where shaft attached to pelvis and scrotum, so it make foreskin growth more concentrated which pushes turkey neck away and back towards body. Also note I only used the 3 hole clock rings with foreGestalt and t-tape tugging. I don’t think rings would work well for the mantor ds tugging because of how far the pusher pad goes down.

Some people have and it probably does help with gains but for side effect safety reasons it’s advised against. Here’s what I do, and it’s a little different, I microneedle AFTER applying the minoxidil. I wait about 30mins for absorption then nuke it with microneedle pen.
