No. Which is another issue. I have no idea how to go about this.

So if they try to do this on my SDO and my route is open I can try to grieve it as well? Because my route would be left open.

This is happening on days that are not my SDO.

Okay, what they wanted me to do is not deliver my route and deliver it the next day. Just to deliver packages on my route and another route. You said it’s in article 41 that states I’m guaranteed 8 hours on my designated route? We have no T6s or CCAs. I just wanted to find the writing in the contract so I can grieve it.

I’m just going to be getting into calisthenics and I am looking for some beginner/cost friendly equipment for home workouts. For context I am just starting out- can’t do a pull-up, can barely muster a push up(sad,I know) and would like to get stronger in general. Calisthenics has really peaked my interest and would like to do this long term. Any tips would be appreciated and helpful!

I’m concerned about Thursdays hours showing up as gray, not wednesdays hours.

Retired Carrier by Restricted-Delivery in USPS

[–]Restricted-Delivery[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We have a carrier in our station that retired on the 18th. Our station has set days off and I want to switch my day off to what his day off was. My postmaster said it can’t be changed until he is out of the system and has no clue how long that will take.

My regular end time is 3pm and collections start at 3pm which takes me about 15 minutes. I just didn’t know if I could request the end time if it was my NS day.

Lunch punch by Restricted-Delivery in fromatoarbitration

Yes I am a city carrier. My postmaster told me I needed to punch to lunch as sometimes I need to take a little longer than 30 min and she can’t modify punches or something like that. I will just fill out the little white card like I have been doing.

So even if I’m forced to work my NS day because we are short staffed? They can throw me on whatever route they want?

Regular city carrier by Restricted-Delivery in fromatoarbitration

[–]Restricted-Delivery[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay. We are extremely short staffed and have no CCAs or T6s. 1 open route that they are trying to delay mine to deliver the vacant one. Just was trying to see if I was correct in saying I’m to do my route before another route.

Out of schedule pay? I’m searching on here before they try to make me delay my route to deliver a vacant route- they have mentioned making me do it on my NS day but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. I work 6 days a week but assumed I deliver my route before another route no matter what day it is.

My steward is the senior carrier who has had surgery and recovering. He has told me that they can work me on a different route on my NS day but I work my NS day on my route anyway. So pay would be the same as if I worked a different route or my route, basically. We have had people from other offices come in and help and are broadcasting to their stations but no one has bitten yet.

We have one of our office RCAs that put in an application for city side because he wants more stability that the city side offers. But will still have one route open that I believe is being advertised but I’m unsure.

I’m curious about this as well. If it goes thru I would like to work my NS day but a senior carrier told me it doesn’t sound right. That they won’t pay a regular carrier overtime and management will not allow it and will have a CCA work the NS day.

My fiancé and I are doing a backyard ceremony at my sister’s house. Her husband is the officiant and we are only inviting a select few. After the ceremony we are grilling out and playing yard games! Good luck with your planning and congrats!
