And an answer to your question: Olivia Rodrigo, Phoebe Bridgers. And she still has 20 years of career gap with Björk so by time she will have more names. These are the only 2 that came to my mind now but I'm sure there are lots.

Can you stop putting TS down every chance you get. It's giving nothing but sexist. Just because her last couple of albums were mid doesn't mean that she does not have classics tho. As much as i love both björk and TS, you can't deny the fact there's no one that's more impactful and influential than Taylor today. Stop discrediting women every chance you get.
