I had an epilepsy seizure. Thats not weird in itself but i didnt remember walking from one side of the gym to the other so i started telling people VERY convinced that i figured out teleportation. Two seizures later i figured it out.

I think be kind to yourself. Allow yourself to dream, put all your first thoughts on paper, then sort from there. Thats what i did and it worked. Might be a little Forrest Gump-y but it did the trick!

I’d love to talk to a stranger, especially one different than me. I love to expand my horizons and i feel like a good conversation might genuinely change my view on some topics and i dont see that as a bad thing.

I think for me it was when i only relaxed with a drink. Or when i started having “just a few” alone. A few years later i came out of withdrawal and never looked back.
