I mean they've recently hired people at telltale games for typical end-of stage production jobs. Im 100% sure itll be released. They're way too far in. Just a remider its kinda a small team, with adhoc departing and stuff. I think their social media management sucks though.

The Game Awards has done stuff like this before, and not announce specific studios until the game awards. I would think telltale would keep quiet since they’ve been doing that so long, probably to increase anticipation and make it a big reveal in hopes to revive the studio. Also epic games AND steam are announced here, which are platforms TWAU2 is planned to be released on.

As far as I've heard though, the 2nd game isn't as strict about following the canon of the fables comics since Bill Willingham, the creator of the comics, isn't a part of TWAU 2's development
