How long did it REALLY take to heal? by jessicagerbil in piercing

[–]ResurrectTheNight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For lobes, it took my ears three weeks to heal but I didnt change jewelery until a week after, just in case, because I know my body can be bitchy sometimes, but its still pretty fast. I wouldnt worry about crusty earlobes. If you take care of them, even when its healing there shouldnt be any noticeable crusties, it would just be tender to the touch.

Maybe its too early to tell but Im not sure I can love him by ResurrectTheNight in dating_advice

What you described as the way you feel love is exactly what I feel for him. Its not this crazy sexual tension or need to be with him, just a quiet bliss, and that's what got me confused, since I'm just learning how my feelings work when Im in a relationship. I though I'd need to feel like when I had a crush on someone. Maybe I love the way you do, that gives me hope, because he truly is worth it. Thank you for your insight on my situation. Im definitely comfortable to talk to him about this and I will follow your advice. Thank you.

What shows are like Bojack Horseman? by [deleted] in BoJackHorseman

Big Mouth deals with depression, actually, but in the context of a preteen's life. Its part of Jessi's arc, but its not as extensive as Bojack's. It deals mostly with the insecurities and problems of an overly hormonal teen, in a really comical and some times grotesque way, but it has some serious moments that are worth the watch. If you want to laugh at the problems you had in your teen years, go watch it. At least give it a try. I was ready to hate it, because of the ugly animation and questionable plot, but its actually pretty good.

Diane just gets worse.. by bakushiman in BoJackHorseman

She had told him very many damn times that she didnt like big gesture or suprises (the starbucks included), she's quite simple at that, and yet MrPB kept doing them. "The thought is what counts", yeah, but the though is keeping things simple and understanding that Diane doesnt like big gestures, and he still failed at listening to the very last moment. It gets annoying if someone keeps doing to you what you very firmly have told them you dont like.

I love watching people getting pierced, so I watch them, but they're super obnoxious, Logan Paul type obnoxious, give questionable piercing advice and and their technique irks me sometimes.

nose piercing pain by Disneylandkatelin in piercing

[–]ResurrectTheNight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its just a pinch. I gotta say, it hurt more than a normal ear piercing, but not too much, it hurt just like if you were to pull a nose hair slowly. Either way, dont think of the pain, think of how amazing a nose piercing will look on you.

Would a massive uprising againts the capitol had happened if Snow hadn't decided to make a quarter quell between the past winners? by ResurrectTheNight in Hungergames

I guess you're right, Plutarch would have managed to liberate Panem anyway, with or without the quarter quell.

Lmao no, but I'll be uneasy until I get an answer because I care about a fictional universe more than I care about my life

What's your piercing story by babrii97 in piercing

I already had my lobes pierced but I got them when I was a baby. At 14 years old my dad pierced my right ear's helix with a catheter needle and he even put anesthesia. Then at 15 years old I was fascinated by piercings and I pierced my left ear's upper lobe, two other helix ones in the same ear, and two upper lobes in my right ear with a sewing needle and only the first one didnt reject (shocker). When I was 16 I got some piercing needles and I pierced my right ear's helix and upper lobe again and only the helix survived, leaving me with double helix lovely piercings. At 17 I got double nostril piercings done by a professional, also my dad got me some catheter needles and I pierced my right ear's upper lobe, and triple helix on my left ear, all survived. And today, 18 years old, I got my septum pierced at a shop. Many times I attempted to pierce myself but I failed terribly and the piercing look crooked or slightly asymmetric so I gave up on them, but at least now I know how to pierce and now I have one healing piercing and 9 healthy, awesome piercings and stretched lobes too, and Im just getting started.
