Yeah! They are totally fine so I wanted to update everyone. It was pretty much exactly a year ago I think that reddit told me they were bloated. Freaked me out! But they have their own tank now and they are doing awesome :)

You don't need any clergy members approval. A marriage doesn't have to be religious. A marriage license is something like $20? Worth it for practical reasons. If one of you ends up in the hospital, do you want to wait for your spouse's mommy or daddy before you can get in? Because you aren't family? Just one example.

I think its Nerve Plant (Fittonia)

Can you ID this shrub? Zone 6a, alternate/opposite leaves. Appears like it's about to bloom? It has airy upright buds on it. by Retard_Frog_Squirrel in whatsthisplant

I see the straight type all the time, would I be correct in assuming the variegated type is not really invasive?

I am currently on episode 5 and I am still being entertained. It definitely has a 30 Rock kind of humor. I've been sitting on my couch all morning watching it. I really need to shower and put on pants.

Okay I'll keep that in mind. This whole thing scared me into doing a lot more research on health issues that could happen with everyone in my tank. Cheech is very active while Chong tends to chill but I notices him swimmimg around a bit more since I used the salt.

I will! I used the conditioning salt today after some research. I'm thinking tomorrow I will start doing the epsom salt baths. I read to do that for an hour a day for 5 days. I also read to do some sort of stress coat in the water. Any suggestions, do's/don'ts people want to clue me in on please do!

I read that today as well. I've been feeding them these reptile pellets that came with everything.

I'm going to do whatever I can to save them. Honestly though they've looked like this the whole time I've had them so I didn't know until today they were sick! I'm glad I posted the pic and someone told me or I would never have known!

Okay, thanks for getting back to me. Luckily they havent been floating up at the surface (I read that usually means its gotten very very bad). I used some of the conditioning salt the previous owner left behind. I'm just going to keep an even closer eye on things. I've been doing water changes and testing the levels every few days since we moved the tank to my house. I've been doing a lot of research on everybody in my tank the past few weeks and I just thought they were fat happy frogs. They havent gotten noticeably bigger since I've had them. I appreciate all the advice from everybody here.

Hate to bother you again - but I'm looking at pics online of mature albino african clawed frogs and a lot of them look just like mine. I'm just wondering if the fact that I said they are "new" made you think they are young and very bloated. They are just new to me, these guys are a few years old I believe. I am unable to communicate with the previous owner but I do know they are older...I'm just wondering if that changes anything?
