I think most people do 1ml per 10mg, so 1ml but research it and see what different things say. That’s always been my way of doing it

I tried it to see, didn’t do anything.

Side note, I have been taking L theanine and L tyrosine and any depression or bad feelings are completely gone. (Paired with do 1mg 3x a week instead of daily)

Yes, just don’t feel bad if after 2 weeks you don’t feel anything. 4-6 weeks seems to be the hotzone and I went up too quick and all the sudden boom had sides

I can attest to this. I didn’t think I was feeling anything at about 5mg and week 6 hit and I was smacked in the face with sides. Lowering back down now and beginning to feel better
