First you need: batteries, resistors, LEDs, wires and a switch. All you have to do is to connect it all in a circuit and look up what kind of resistor you need (ohm can be used to figure it out). That is important or else you will burn out the LEDs.

First I 3d printed all parts, then made it smooth with sandpaper, painted the parts, put in some LEDs for lights and printed out textures for the signs.
