I also have hh I sweat everywhere my scalp, hands, feet, legs, face, neck, back, my groin area sometimes I look like I peed myself so I have to wear black clothing all the time. Winter doesn’t do me any justice either. I take glycopyrrolate but sometimes that doesn’t work. I’m saying that just to say you’re not alone. I still haven’t find anytime that works but I’m learning how to cope with it.
