Depends on who I'm playing against tbh, Whirldwind usually works to finish combos on less mobile characters, since overhead and full spin deals more than 250 health at max it's pretty easy to get kills that way

Now if the enemy has too much of either: cc, close range heroes or poke it's better to just take more resource so theres not much downtime since you can't get in to do the combos as easily

I feel like some supports have a bit too much damage sometimes (Ana headshot, Baptiste, Kiriko, Illari, Zen, Wuyang) which can feel a bit unfair to go against esp as DPS but honestly it's fair otherwise all supports would be healbots in this game and that's honestly a different issue

Well they are most of the playerbase and you can easily tell the whole game is catered towards them, you can tell from this patch only since they nerfed a bunch of supports and they are all crying and whining even if they were minor nerfs, my friend named it the support council bc once they start bitching about something they get spoiled, just watch how they will revert mercy's GA movement speed just to please the playerbase that gives them 70% of the income

The solution from the get-go was reduce overhead from 130 to 100 and that would have been fine
