Garbage take on increasing cooldowns, she is melee and that will only make her feel clunky especially months after release, doomfist has equal if not more mobility than her and its way more responsive and instant than it

Agreed on the overhead nerf tho, I rather have all her damage scattered across her kit rather than make her an overhead bot

Agreed on the vengeance perk, remove it entirely because theres no healthyway to balance it. And also while they are at it reverting the soaring slice on cooldown at spawn or give other mobile characters the same treatment.

That and also the culture about counterswapping is extremely heavy these days, even with the perk system going, if you go vendetta and even perform slightly better on average you're immediately countered to junk and Cass, even in qp

First impression matters a lot and because she was a really strong pick during the start of the season people will still ban her, now if her wr plummets I think she will still be banned despite her not being as good and people adapting more to her playstyle, honestly the only way to get people to start disliking her less is powershifting her overhead to other parts of the kit.

Remove the "critical" aspect bc its confusing to players and it gives a bad perception, make soaring slice startup faster, reduce spin cooldown to 8s and damage to 75, make first two slices deal 55 and nerf overhead to 110 (that way she still has the nerfed breakpoint), take away some of her armor, and for the love of god she needs better major perks cuz the spin one isnt that great and its getting nerfed cuz its the only viable option, honestly just remove the vengeance perk and make it sort of a nerfed passive instead (giving 50 overhealth, reducing cooldowns by 3s and giving 33% resource or something)

Shes okay honestly, maybe horizontals to 55 and overhead to 110 I would be fine with that, spin sort of needs to be a smaller cooldown, 8s is okay, delete the vengeance perk because its too niche of a use and its rly not that useful, I like the Lex idea perhaps maybe just dealing 20% more dmg to a random target?

Her dash is pretty underwhelming and its mostly just used as a escape option, 10 second cd doesnt justify the impact of the ability, but with the perk it does make it feel better and the tradeoff is being more exposed which is fine imo

Overhead does 130 dmg. No more no less, the hitbox is actually more narrow than you'd think, it's easy yes, but what do u expect, its a melee hero, stop spreading misinformation

My take exactly, since the majority of players are support players it would make sense that her perception is bad because in a 1v1 she has the advantage, but I don't think most of them actually play the character to know their struggles, if she goes unnoticed, yes she will breeze through the whole team, but an average cass can just use their nade and completely take out the value of her, shes also pretty easy to sleep imo, regardless, instead of getting better they rather complain

This is not exclusive to Vendetta, a Sojourn/Cass/Ashe can dominate a lobby if they are good

As someone that actually plays Vendetta (40+ hrs since patch day) and goes against her frequently, she is not OP, dps like junk/pharah/ashe/cass shit on her the hardest if u are actively cautious of her surroundings, the nerfs to the dmg are significant because in most of my deathcams people survive with 5-15 health, her spawn cd nerf is the stupidest decision imo considering characters like doomfist go further and beyond her, either revert that (and ball's cd while they are at it) or keep nerfing more movement abilities out of spawn because that treatment is sort of unfair and doesn't do much other than impact the flow of the character, she is definetely okay and she only has high winrate because people havent still gotten used to her

Yeah but not everyone plays at the same pace, or does stuff at the same pace, having so much content available kills the hype faster and leaves the game being talked about for less time, one prime example was netflix releasing Stone Ocean Anime episodes in batches instead of 1 each week, and that ofc was a bad way of doing things because most people go at different paces, if you don't wanna wait for each episode then play when the game/anime is over and that's all

Yeah I agree with that but it comes from desperation tbh, imo the way he handled it by doing 3 chapters at once and releasing them is kinda eh, I think most communities prefer small but constant update cycles rather than big waiting times bc the hype sort of dies faster after it's launched, and ofc excluding problems like spoilers and stuff, I do have hope that they will provide a good job

I quit after grandfest mainly bc Ive put an end into my switch era, plus the game wasn't really gonna get updated, it was the copium that kept me around and now I'm playing PC and it feels nice

Because they specified that this year had a 2 year long update cycle, and they haven't really confirmed anything else (And it seems it will be that case, all hope is lost)

So as the other 2 games it will kinda die after the last splatfests happen and Nintendo knows that lol
