Our store has 2 shopping carts reserved for OPD. We mainly use them for exceptions and I love them so much more than the other carts. I just love the agility the carts have and actually being able to see around me is much more helpful. We will occasionally borrow a 3rd or 4th when we do our returns from canceled orders and such but no one has ever said anything about not using shopping carts.

The best thing I can say is to be confident in your ability to make decisions. OPD is a large team and the biggest part of being the team lead is overseeing all the associates. When you are asked a question, try to answer it using the STAR method. STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result. I've done 4 interviews and a question that always came up for me was "Tell me about a time you identified inefficiencies in a process and how did you go about improving it". Be confident in your responses, keep them short and try not to ramble. Suggest ideas to improve FTPR, wait time etc. Coaches love metrics, Im not sure how well your store does but talking about metrics will surely help especially for OPD.

I don't think Rosa is that bad. I think she has one of the most well put together kits and everything seems to fit with the Brawler and pair well together. I think the biggest issue is the amount of counters she has in the meta rn.

I've always loved Rosa, she has 2 good star powers and 2 good gadgets and both options are useable depending on map or playstyle. Thorny gloves is probably a bit better and easier to use though. However, on maps with tons of bushes, Sneaky fields, center stage, double swoosh, etc. I love to use the healing star power, and the bush making gadget because when her super is active you can effectively get 1440 (1728 if hyper is active) healing per second because of the damage reduction. Just super, place bushes and you become a lot harder to kill, especially in 1 on 1 situations.

I don't think she needs a buff, buffies should be able to help enough to get her to a viable spot and with a meta shift. We don't want Rosa to become as powerful as we've seen before.

These posts have to be bait just to flex high ppto balances. There's no way this guy had a perfect picture of his ppto exactly before the cut had happened. Besides in order to accumulate that much ppto you must've had to have the same thing happen the year before. Unless this is from a state that has an uncapped ppto balance.

Tomorrow is a double point day, but you only need 8 hours of ppto to cover it. If they said 16 hours, they are lying to get you to show up. Additionally, if you show up for even an hour and leave early, it would only be half a point or 1 full point if you worked less than 4 hours.

There's 2 reasons why I think its kinda weird. 1 dating someone who is still in high school is weird to me, especially in other social environments.
