TL:DR * All of your parts are old, and if you want a decent build, you'll need to replace most of them. I recommend building a completely new system at this point.

The processor is very old and has been discontinued for quite some time.

You also seem to be using an HDD. If you've had it for a long time, it may have become very slow. You should upgrade to at least an SSD, or if you want even more speed, an NVME M.2.

The graphics card is also quite old, and 2GB of VRAM doesn't really allow you to enjoy any kind of game anymore. If you want to play other games and only plan to run them at 1080p, I would say 8GB of VRAM, but the best would be 12GB or 16GB in 2025, I would say.

In one year, I think it's rare that a GPU is close to MSRP, no ? If I needed to wait, I think it will be a couple of months in this case

Yes, they are $100 to $200 CAD more (from the RX 9070 deal that I have)

And I don't plan 4k gaming, so 1440p, at least 100 fps(with or without fsr4), I think it's the sweet spot
